
Custom Mining Tipper for Sahel Operations
Complete customization of a SINOTRUK chassis to create a high-capacity tipper for extreme payloads and harsh conditions in a remote mining environment.
The Challenge
The client required a vehicle capable of operating 24/7 in extreme heat (>45°C) and high dust, carrying oversized loads on unpaved, abrasive terrain. Standard-spec vehicles were experiencing premature engine failure and chassis fatigue.
The Naigaiba Solution
Our engineers performed a complete structural reinforcement of a SINOTRUK HW-6x4 chassis. We integrated a larger radiator and an auxiliary cooling system, along with a military-grade dual-stage air filtration system. The tipper bed was custom-fabricated using Hardox 450 steel to resist abrasion from ore.
Results & Impact
The modified vehicles demonstrated a 35% increase in operational uptime and a 50% reduction in maintenance cycles related to overheating and dust ingress. The solution enabled the client to exceed their ore transport targets for three consecutive quarters.
