Versatile and robust trailers for any cargo. Our assembly includes high-capacity tankers for fuel and water, reinforced flatbeds for oversized loads, and standardized container carriers for seamless intermodal transport.
Our 5-Stage Assembly Process
From component to finished product, every vehicle undergoes a meticulous, five-stage assembly process that guarantees precision, quality, and adherence to OEM standards.
SKD Kit Inspection
We receive Semi-Knocked-Down (SKD) kits and conduct a thorough inventory and quality check on all components against the bill of materials.
Chassis & Powertrain
Our technicians assemble the vehicle's backbone, mounting the engine, transmission, and axles onto the reinforced chassis frame.
Cabin & Electrical
The cabin is mounted, and our specialists meticulously install the electrical wiring harnesses, dashboard, and interior fittings.
Systems Integration
Hydraulic, pneumatic, and braking systems are connected and tested. Wheels are mounted, and all fluids are filled to specification.
Final QA & Testing
The vehicle undergoes a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), including diagnostics, systems checks, and a rigorous road test.
Our 41-Hectare Industrial Complex
Our manufacturing capabilities are housed within a state-of-the-art, 41-hectare industrial complex in Bobo-Dioulasso. This purpose-built facility is designed for efficiency, scale, and quality, featuring modern assembly lines, dedicated workshops for modification and repair, vast warehousing for parts, and a test track for quality assurance. It is the largest of its kind in the region and serves as the strategic heart of the "Made in Burkina" industrial initiative.
